INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer
- 2 oz Distillerie Noroi Esprit-des-Caraïbes (Rhum flavoured spirit)
- 1 1/2 tbs Lime juice
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 1.5 cm fresh ginger root
- dehydrated lime slice
- fresh ginger slice
- crushed ice
RECIPE
Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add ice, Distillerie Noroi Esprit-des-Caraïbes, aromatic bitters and lime juice. Shake until very well-chilled. Double-strain into a Tiki-style glass filled with ice. Top with The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer. Garnish with slices of dehydrated lime and fresh ginger.
